Planet is where a coffee becomes a small pause from the rhythm of the day—a place for conversations, a few pages read in peace, or plans made with friends.

Coffee brings us closer while carrying us far away. Every origin tells a story of mountains, climate, people, and traditions. At Planet, those stories arrive in the cup, right here in Bistrița.

The idea of “Planet” began with the diversity of ways in which coffee is prepared and with how its flavour and aromatic notes are expressed through the character of each bean.

From the mountains of Latin America to your cup, coffee travels a long way. Altitude, climate, soil, and processing shape its character. At Planet, we explore this diversity one origin at a time.

The coffee beans used by Planet are specialty coffees, carefully selected and roasted to highlight the character, flavour and aromatic notes specific to each origin.

Peru

Cajamarca

Cajamarca has a sweet, balanced profile where chocolate and caramel meet tangerine and almond. Medium acidity keeps the cup lively and pleasantly fruity.

Brazil

Minas Gerais

From Brazil, Planet brings a coffee from Minas Gerais with a warm, balanced profile. Caramel, chocolate and nut notes are joined by orange and red apple, while natural processing keeps the cup round and expressive.

Colombia

Excelso Paramo

Excelso Paramo is grown at 1,400–1,700 m and washed, using Castillo and Caturra varieties. The profile is sweet and clear, with grapefruit, milk chocolate and dried fruit.

Costa Rica

Marespi

From the Brunca region on Chirripó Mountain, Marespi is grown at 1,600–1,800 m and White Honey processed from Caturra and Catuai varieties. The cup shows floral notes, vanilla and cantaloupe.

Chiapas Altura Organic

Chiapas Altura Organic offers a warm, approachable profile. Milk chocolate, freshly roasted nuts and spices settle into a round body.
